First and foremost: There are no customs duties to be paid by you!
As our prices are VAT-exempt export prices, the only thing you will have to pay is the usual UK-VAT of 20%, charged by HMRC, not by us and neither by the parcel service. This VAT is exactly the same that you pay on any purchase you make within the UK.
On arrival in the UK, our parcel service disburses the UK-VAT for you in order to spare you formalities. You can pay that UK-VAT to the parcel service by credit card on arrival in the UK or in cash directly to their driver and then use their bill to claim the UK-VAT back from HMRC.
